Proof that with today, with AI, anyone can build! I spoke a 3D space game into existence! - with ZERO coding skills 🤯🤯🤯 I am absolutely speechles that my playable game has a spaceship, fine tuned controls, asteroid mining and a universe ready to explore - and everyone can play it on browser! Just @cursor_ai , @AnthropicAI 's Claude, @grok guidance and a litte bit of patience. Definitely have to thank my friend @NicolaManzini for sharing his contagious excitement with me and @levelsio for his initial inspiration! 👇A thread below on how I gradually learnt in 2 weekend and nights what was: vibecoding, javascript, cursor as well as the tips and tricks I've learnt along this short but incredibile journey -plus some (many!) mistakes I've stumbled upon,

Game here 👇 https://t.co/Fi8FIQrlu1 Should be playable both on desktop and mobile, with two different challenges, one for mining and one for speed. Looking forward to ideas on how to improve it, feel free to drop a comment - they are super appreciated!
01. USE MORE THAN ONE AI. I've never coded in my life, beyond a single HTML and CSS exam at university 11 years ago. As a project manager in Digital Transformation at a Pharma company, I was a complete newbie. For those starting out, you'll need two AI systems. One on @cursor_ai for "coding," the other for "coaching." I used Cursor with Claude 3.7 Thinking for coding, and Grok/Gemini 2.0 Pro for general guidance. I asked them everything. How do I make a game? What's the structure of a 3D browser game? What is Javascript, and what should I know? etc
02. EACH AI LMM HAS ITS PROS AND CONS From what I've learned reading around, you don't want to use one AI for everything 👱♂️ So apparently Claude 3.7 is very good for coding. But I used Grok for having ideas on how to work around problems, and how to build the right infrastructure. What I discovered in my personal experience, is that you don't want the two "styles" of coding mixed up. Sometimes I used Grok to teach instructions to Claude, but only in plain english: whenever I started to share code between the two, it got messy. So stick to @grok / Gemini / ChatGPT as your coach and Claude as your coder, and you'll be fine.
03. PROMPT ARE VERY IMPORTANT One big BIG thank is for @NicolasZu He wrote a guide that helped me drastically. Especially this one was a gamechanger: “think as long as needed to get this right, I am not in a hurry. What matters is that you follow precisely what I ask you and execute it perfectly. Ask me questions if I am not precise enough." Go check his profile for other tips, he released a guide which is already a gem!
04. DON'T RUSH IT - ONLY ONE STEP AT A TIME Sometimes I was too tempted, and asked many changes at once to Claude: "Add this challenge, insert this in the UI, change appearance and font". But in my personal experience, this doesn't work very well. Claude is good at tackling one task at a time. So I've kept "breaking down" the bigger request into smaller steps. And this way worked fine! Don't rush. Iterate slowly is part also part of the concept of vibecoding, right? :)
